Four offerings, in the order you will meet them
Prices in KRW (USD approximate). The assessment and the pilot are available for the 2027 Korea pilot program; the post-pilot offerings follow for subscribing sites.
Planning Readiness Assessment
A review of one fab or line — data sources (MES, ERP, yield / bin DB, spreadsheets), planning process, constraints and planner workflow — that ends in a value hypothesis, a pilot scope and written success criteria. The entry point for every engagement.
Pilot scoping & support
Consulting delivered alongside the pilot on one line: planning-process redesign, integration architecture, planner onboarding in Korean and English, and the review against the agreed success criteria.
Planning transformation (after the pilot)
For subscribing sites: end-to-end planning process redesign, multi-site roll-out, executive analytics and a performance-optimization framework. Available from 2028, after the first pilots.
AI model tuning & optimization
For subscribing sites: forecast-model tuning per product tier, scheduling-objective refinement, yield-curve calibration and performance benchmarking against the pilot baseline.
Who does the work
Assessments are led personally by the founder, who has delivered Industry Software and AI projects for Siemens Industry Software and Samsung Electronics in Korea, with two Siemens Industry Software architects advising on MES / PLM integration. Korean planning-domain and MES-integration engineers join in 2027.
