Three roles to put AI planning into a Korean fab
Amoza Korea Co., Ltd. will be incorporated in 2027 and hires two Korean engineers for the first fab pilot, then a Korean business-development lead. These are the first three roles; there are no others open yet.
What it will be like to work at Amoza Korea
A founder, two Siemens Industry Software advisors, five partners and a pre-commercial MVP. Every person shapes the product, the first pilot and the company. Here’s what drives us.
Innovation First
We challenge assumptions, experiment fearlessly, and push the boundaries of what AI can do for manufacturing. Every team member is empowered to propose and pursue bold ideas.
Customer Obsession
Our users are fab planners solving real problems at 06:45 on a Monday. We sit next to them, in Korean, and measure our success by whether the plan is trusted.
One Small Team
A founder, two advisors, five partners — and you. Everyone touches the product, the pilot and the customer. The best ideas come from the person closest to the planner.
Continuous Growth
We invest in our people as much as our product. Learning budgets, mentorship, conference attendance, and stretch assignments help every team member grow.
What we offer
Korean employment contracts with Amoza Korea from incorporation; equity; a seat at the table from day one. Details are finalised with the Pre-Seed round in 2027.
Competitive Compensation
Market-rate Korean salary with equity participation in Amoza Korea. Share in the success you help create.
Close to the Cluster
Based in Incheon Songdo or Suwon (to be confirmed), within an hour of the Yongin–Pyeongtaek fabs, with flexible hours and remote days. Partners in Hanoi.
Learning & Development
Annual learning budget for courses, certifications, and conferences. Regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions and tech talks.
Health & Wellness
Comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, and wellness programs for you and your family.
Generous Time Off
Flexible vacation policy, national holidays, and personal days. We believe well-rested teams build better products.
Day-One Opportunity
Join before the company is incorporated. Shape the product, the first Korean pilot, the culture and the company from the beginning.
