PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Assessment → pilot → subscription

Services are how the first Korean fabs will start with aPlanner: a paid Planning Readiness Assessment, a pilot on one line, then a Starter subscription. Founder-led, priced in KRW, criteria agreed up front.

OUR APPROACH

Software pays for scale, services pay for trust

In Korean manufacturing, trust is earned on the shop floor. That is why every engagement starts small and paid: an assessment that produces a pilot scope, a pilot on one line that produces evidence, and only then a subscription.

OUR SERVICES

End-to-end support for your transformation

From initial assessment through ongoing optimization, our services ensure your planning transformation delivers maximum value at every stage.

Consulting Services

Start with a paid Planning Readiness Assessment.

A 2–4 week review of one fab or line — data, process, constraints — that ends in a value hypothesis, a pilot scope and agreed success criteria. KRW 50–100M.

Implementation Services

A pilot on one line in 8–12 weeks (target).

aPlanner connected read-only to the MES / ERP / yield data of one production line; planners run the four modules next to the current process; results reviewed against the agreed criteria. KRW 75–150M.

Live sessions, on-site or virtual, role-based curriculum tailored to your team.

Self-Paced Learning

Online platform with video tutorials, interactive exercises, and 24/7 access.

Train-the-Trainer

3-day intensive certification program with training materials included.

Custom Workshops

Tailored to specific topics, half-day to 2-day format designed for your team.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Flexible models to fit your needs

Assessment

Structured evaluation with clear deliverables

The Planning Readiness Assessment: 2–4 weeks, KRW 50–100M (≈ US$35–70K). The entry point for every engagement.

Pilot

One production line, 8–12 weeks (target)

The pilot on one line: KRW 75–150M (≈ US$55–110K). Converts to a Starter subscription when the agreed criteria are met.

Optimization

Targeted improvements to existing deployments

Model tuning, forecast refinement and planning-process work after the pilot — scoped per site, quoted in KRW.

Managed Service

Ongoing operational support and continuous improvement

Included with the Professional and Enterprise editions (see Pricing); priority support and continuous optimization.

WHY CHOOSE US

What makes our services different

Fab-side experience

The founder has delivered Industry Software and AI projects for Siemens Industry Software and Samsung Electronics in Korea; two Siemens Industry Software architects advise on MES / PLM integration.

Criteria agreed up front

Every pilot starts with written success criteria from the readiness assessment. Conversion to a subscription depends on meeting them — not on a sales cycle.

Rapid time-to-value

8–12 weeks to a running pilot is the target we are validating in 2027, versus 12–18 months for legacy APS roll-outs. Pre-built connectors for the Korean systems landscape are the reason.

Knowledge transfer

Build capability, not dependency. Train-the-trainer programs, comprehensive documentation, and hands-on mentoring.

Start with a conversation with the founder

Tell us about your line, your systems and your planning cycle. If there is a fit, the next step is a Planning Readiness Assessment — scoped, priced in KRW and with criteria agreed before any pilot.
