DESIGN-PARTNER PROGRAM — KOREA 2027

Be the first Korean fab to plan with aPlanner

A paid planning readiness assessment, an 8–12-week pilot on one production line, then a Starter subscription. Low risk for the fab, real data for us, and a reference case for both.

HOW IT WORKS

Assessment → pilot → subscription

Prices in KRW per year; USD equivalents approximate. One price list is used on aplanner.amoza.ai and www.amoza.ai.

1

Planning Readiness Assessment

2–4 weeks
KRW 50–100M
≈ US$35–70K

Data, process and constraint review of one fab or line; value hypothesis; pilot scope and success criteria.

Data inventory: MES WIP, ERP orders, yield / bin DB, planner spreadsheets
Constraint map: qualification matrix, batch tools, PM windows, frozen-zone rules
Value hypothesis per module with target KPIs
Pilot scope, success criteria and deployment option (on-prem / private cloud)
2

Pilot on one line

8–12 weeks
KRW 75–150M
≈ US$55–110K

aPlanner connected read-only to MES / ERP / yield data of one production line; planners run the four modules side-by-side with the current process; results reviewed against the agreed criteria.

aPlanner deployed inside the fab network, read-only connectors only
Planners run the four modules next to the current process for 8–12 weeks
Weekly review of plan feasibility, cycle time and explanation quality
Results scored against the assessment criteria; go / no-go for subscription
3

Starter subscription

From month 4
KRW 120–300M
≈ US$100–250K

Single site, core AI modules, Korean / English UI, business-hours support in Korean. Write-back of approved plans to MES / ERP is enabled only after sign-off.

Annual KRW contract with Amoza Korea Co., Ltd.
Upgrade path to Professional (multi-site, write-back, Monte-Carlo)
Design-partner terms: priority on the roadmap, co-authored reference case (with consent)
Named customer-success engineer from the 2027 Korean hires

Pricing is indicative until the first Korean pilot is contracted in 2027. Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions are listed on the pricing page.

ELIGIBILITY

Who the 2027 program is for

Korean NAND flash / DRAM fabs (2027 pilot slots)
OSATs and tier-1/2 semiconductor suppliers in Gyeonggi / Chungcheong (2028)
High-mix electronics, display and battery plants (2028–29)

We are looking for two to three design partners in 2027, starting with one memory fab. The first pilot runs on one production line with the planners who will own the tool afterwards.

Data stays in the fab

On-premise or private cloud, air-gapped option, read-only first.

Korean UI and support

Korean reports and approval workflow; founder and team within an hour of the cluster.

KRW pricing, pilot first

No multi-year commitment before the pilot proves value on your own data.

Every change explained

The planner sees the constraint chain behind every recommendation and decides.

WHAT YOUR PLANNERS WILL SEE

The pilot runs the real workflow, on your line

From the MVP build: plan a new order, absorb a furnace failure, insert a hot lot, contain a yield excursion — each with ranked options, an explanation and a one-click commit.

UC-2 — Plan a new two-product order
AI Assistant — three solver-validated candidate plans X / Y / Z
Explain — the full constraint chain for a rerouted batch
Yield excursion — 12 affected lots, suspect tool, exposure at P50 / P80 / P95
Change History — every commit with its reason, author and KPI delta
